Ashley Judd plays a serial killer with an extensive wig collection and mysterious motives. A frayed, hallucinating British intelligence officer (Ewan McGregor) stationed in the U.S. spies on her in a cross-country romp, falling into troubled love. He’d turn her in, but she reminds him too much of his young daughter he hasn’t seen since his wife left him. Nevermind the fact she’s a brutal murdered who slices and dices almost everyone she comes in contact with.
